Dashboards & Reports
Take possession of third party work packs and deliverables lists. Import, Triage, cleanse and reformat data for use within DLM. The core Interface to third party standard tools.
Support the tender process, manage technical query process and provide reports and dashboards to support the supplier appointment process.
Structure and distribute requirements across suppliers in line with the customers project organisation and procurement strategy.
Manage and perform assurance reviews, track quality defects and gateway readiness using the DLM toolset. Use workflow to communicate next actions to all Stakeholders.
Track compliance from supplier appointment to project completion and handover. Using DLM workflow, manage technical queries, concessions and other DLM managed artefacts. Define and manage the verification and validation process.
Generate dashboards & reports at all levels, combining data from all elements of DLM. These dashboards and reports can be accessed within the tool or published to stakeholders via web enabled devices.
Prepare all reports and status of all project deliverables for every key Gateway during the project life cycle.
Track & report on test coverage and test progress. Link test results and other documents to requirements to establish coverage.
